We welcome both insured patients and those patients paying for their own treatment.

If you are insured please ensure your insurance is valid for the treatment you are undergoing. You should contact your insurer to inform them of your forthcoming treatment at the Clinic and request a claim form or pre-authorisation letter be sent to you. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Liaison Office at the Clinic on 020 8247 3406. 

If you are paying for yourself you will be asked either to pay in full at the start of your treatment if you are to under a fixed price treatment, or a deposit, followed by an invoice at the end of your treatment for treatment for which the exact programme is not known at the beginning.
